Returns

For hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for exchanges or returns:

  • Pajamas
  • Underwear
  • Socks

The Company is committed to providing all its customers with unique and high-quality items. Based on this premise, you can return any item purchased on the website www.manchester.com.mx for the following reasons:

a) If the item has manufacturing defects.

Example:

  • Malfunctioning material
  • Flaws in the finished product's embellishment
  • Damage incurred during transit to its destination

    b) If there is a mistake in the sent item, provided it shows no signs of damage or use.
    c) If the purchased product does not fit in the requested size.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Process

Below are the steps you need to follow to initiate a return:

  1. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, returns are only accepted within the first 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
  2. Generate your report by sending an email to contacto@manchester.com.mx . In the email, describe the reason for the return, including your Order Number and the product details (Model/Description/Color/Size). Also, attach a photograph that demonstrates the manufacturing defect.
  3. Your request will be reviewed, and if deemed appropriate, you will receive a confirmation number for the product return via email, along with a pre-paid electronic shipping label with the shipping details.
  4. Upon receiving the pre-paid label, you should print two copies of the electronic label and drop off the specified product at the carrier's office. This will be done at no cost to you.
  5. Returns do not incur any cost for you if the report is filed within a maximum period of 30 calendar days. If more than 30 calendar days have passed, your request will be reviewed. If accepted, you will be responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

If the product has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly, you can request a refund with the following conditions:


  1. For defective merchandise, refunds are only accepted within the first 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery.
  2. In the case of incorrect or damaged merchandise, a refund can be applied only if reported within the first 15 days after delivery.   3. Within 30 calendar days, GRUPO BRUSFAM S.A. DE C.V. will refund the total value of the purchased product to you via a check or transfer to the account you provide.

Order Cancellation

When you place an order, your cart will remain open for a maximum of 4 hours. Within this time, you must change the status of your order to "payment," as failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your order, and you will need to place a new order.
