Payment Options
We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible, so we offer several payment options to choose from.
BANK TRANSFER.
This method has a validation time that can take from 2 to 3 business days, and as soon as your payment is verified, we will start processing your order to be shipped promptly. When selecting this payment method, you will receive an email notification with the total amount to be paid, as well as the bank account details (Account Holder, Beneficiary Bank, and Beneficiary Account).
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.
Payments are authorized with credit or debit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS).
PAYPAL (CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS).
You can pay through the PayPal portal; PayPal will notify us via email when your payment is completed. After the notification, your payment will be validated in no more than 48 hours, and we will start processing your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As a security measure for both you and our company, for credit or debit card payments via PayPal, on purchases of more than 3 items, you may be asked to send a scanned copy of an official ID (IFE or Passport) and the credit/debit card you used for the purchase, both documents on both sides (you can cover the middle 8 numbers and the security code of your card). If you do not wish to send the card used for the purchase, you can send your transaction confirmation number provided by your bank or a scanned or photographed front page of the latest valid card statement used for the purchase.
