Invoicing

You can request your invoice from the moment you make your first purchase by adding your tax information in the "Delivery Information" field.

b) Tax Address
c) Postal Code
d) City, State, and Country
e) Phone Number
f) Tax Identification Number

If you haven't provided your billing details at the time of processing and paying for your purchase, you have 10 calendar days from the day you received your order to request the invoice. Your invoice request should be sent via email to contacto@manchester.com.mx, and you must provide the CORRECT INVOICE INFORMATION:

b) Tax Address
c) Postal Code
d) City, State, and Country
e) Phone Number
f) Tax Identification Number (RFC in Mexico)

You should also include your Order Reference Number and the email address you used to register on the Online Store. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for you to receive the corresponding invoice in your email for the order placed on the Online Store.

IMPORTANT: The invoice will be issued and sent within 1 to 2 business days from the date the request is made. Therefore, if the request is made on weekends, it will be processed on the following Monday.
